3. Products and Services Smokin Cheeze specializes in wraps and tea. All products are prepared with the highest quality standards. While we strive to maintain consistency, there may be slight variations in appearance and taste due to the artisanal nature of our products.
4. Orders
- Orders can be placed in-store or through our official platforms.
- All orders are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a refund or alternative.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order details.
5. Payment
- We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified methods available at our store.
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds will only be provided for valid reasons such as incorrect orders, product defects, or unavailability.
- Cancellations are accepted if made before the order is prepared.
- For subscription plans (e.g., Wrap Buddy Plan), cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before the renewal date.

- Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
8. Subscription Plans
- The Wrap Buddy Plan allows customers to donate food sets to be distributed through our restaurant.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
- Smokin Cheeze reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription plan with prior notice.
9. Promotions and Discounts
- Promotions and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated during the promotional period.
- Smokin Cheeze reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without notice.

- Smokin Cheeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
