Order Mistakes and Cancellations
- Self-Pickup Mode: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct order mode (delivery or self-pickup). Smokin Cheeze will not cancel or refund orders placed in self-pickup mode due to customer error. If you mistakenly select self-pickup, you will need to collect your order from our outlet:
